Rate Policies:

  • Tolls, Airport fees and Driver’s gratuity are additional.
  • A $10.00 fee is added for service scheduled between 12:00 midnight and 5:00 AM.
  • In-route stops are billed at $20.00 per stop, outside-the-route stops are billed at $30.00 or depending on location.
  • For service scheduled between the hours of 5:00 AM and 12:00 midnight, cancellations made less than 2 hours of scheduled pick-up time will result in a full charge equal to the cost of the trip plus the 20% service charge.
  • For service scheduled between 12 midnight and 5:00 AM, cancellations made less than 6 hours of scheduled pick-up time will result in a full charge equal to the cost of the trip plus the 20% service charge.
  • Non-airport overtime pay will apply after the first 10 minutes of prearranged time at a rate of $30 per half hour.
  • For domestic airport pick-ups, overtime pay starts 45 minutes from plane arrival and for international flights after 60 minutes at a rate of $30 per half hour.
  • A no-show fee equal to the scheduled trip cost plus a 20% service fee will be charged when the passenger fails to show up at the designated location 60 minutes after the scheduled pick-up time. To avoid a no-show fee please contact the office for assistance before the 60 minutes expire.
  • The company is not liable in the event of mechanical breakdown while on charter and will only be responsible for making up lost time at a mutually agreed date.
  • The client assumes full financial liability for any damage to the car caused during the duration of the ride by them or any members of their party i.e. (Carpet or seat burn $100, sanitation fee $250.00).
  • Smoking is not permitted in our vehicles. Alcohol consumption and drug use are strictly prohibited by law and any fines will be paid for by the customer.
  • The driver has the right to terminate the run without a refund if there is blatant indiscretion on the part of the client(s).
  • The company is not responsible for delays or termination in the winter caused by unsafe road conditions (ie. not salted, accidents, etc.).
  • The company is not responsible for any articles left in the vehicle.
  • Due to safety concerns vehicles cannot be loaded beyond seating capacity.

Wait Time Policy

Airport Pick-up

We do NOT charge waiting time for airport pick-ups if given the correct flight information.

Non-Airport Pick-up

Waiting charges begin 10 minutes after the scheduled pick-up time. After 10 minutes, the waiting time is retroactive to the scheduled pick-up time. Charges are assessed per half an hour increments.

Train Station and Cruise Terminal

We do not charge waiting time for Train Station and Cruise Terminal pick-ups

Cancellation Policy:

  • Cancellations made less than 2 hours prior to the scheduled pick-up time will result in a full charge equal to the cost of the trip plus the 20% service charge.
  • A no-show fee equal to the scheduled trip cost plus a 20% service fee will be charged when the passenger fails to show up at the designated location 60 minutes after the scheduled pick-up time or flight arrival time.
